Prices differ across Shopify Markets
The same product can have different prices in different Shopify Markets, even when both prices are displayed in USD.
For example, a product may cost 100 USD in Market A and 110 USD in Market B because each market has different pricing settings.
This can also explain why you and your customer see different prices, or why prices differ between a phone and a computer.
1. Check that you are viewing the same market
- Open the same product and select the same variant.
- In the Transtore Switcher, select the same country under Ship to.
- Select the same Currency, then reload the page.
Selecting USD on both devices does not mean both devices are viewing the same market. Check the Ship to country as well.
2. Review your Shopify Market prices
In your Shopify admin, go to Markets, open the relevant market, and check its assigned Catalogs.
Look for a percentage price adjustment or a fixed price for the affected product. These settings can make the same product cost more or less in one market.
Transtore converts the price provided by Shopify for the customer's market. It does not change your Catalog prices, so selecting the same Currency will not make different market prices equal.
