Can I keep my existing translations when switching to Transtore?

Yes - you can keep translations created with Shopify Translate & Adapt or another app that saves translations to Shopify.

Migrating from other translation apps to Transtore

All translated content created in other translation apps that use the native Shopify Translation API, such as Shopify Translate & Adapt, Transcy, or T Lab, will be automatically migrated and available for immediate use in Transtore.

You do not need to import or recreate these translations.

To display them on your storefront, add and publish the same target languages in Transtore.

When can't existing translations be kept?

If your previous app did not save translations to Shopify, Transtore cannot bring them over.
