On my current Shopify plan, I cannot create Staff account. Can I send support team a Collaborator account?

Absolutely, we're completely comfortable with the Collaborator account.

Please share your Shopify store domain and Collaborator code. We’ll then send a collaborator request from our side to take a closer look.

Additionally, please note that some customers reach out to us using an email different from the one associated with their Shopify stores, which can make locating their store challenging. Therefore, including your Shopify domain in your support ticket would greatly expedite the process for both parties.
