Why does Auto translation take time?

A brief delay before translated text appears is expected when you use Auto translation.

Why is there a delay?

Transtore needs to run additional scripts to apply Auto translation to your storefront.

The length of the delay can vary depending on factors such as browser cache and network performance. Under good conditions, the delay may be shorter and less noticeable to visitors.

How can I make translations appear faster?

For content you can edit in Transtore, create and save translations in the app. You can:

• Enter your own translations.
• Use Improve translation with AI to generate translations.

These translations are saved directly in Shopify, which can help them appear faster on your storefront.

What if the delay is unusually long?

If translations take unusually long to appear, or do not appear at all, contact [email protected]. Our team will check your storefront and help you resolve the issue.
